Resolved - At this time everything is back to normal and extractions are processing normally.

Identified - We discovered an issue that was causing extractions to need to be retried many times before they succeeded or failed. We're working to resolve the issue.

We've temporarily disabled running extractions until the issue is resolved. We'll be retrying extractions that are affected once the issue is resolved.

Tax status extractions intermittently failing
Resolved - The portal is now responding normally. We've reprocessed the failed extractions that failed all of their attempts.

Identified - The SAT's tax status portal is returning 500 errors when generating the tax status. This is causing the tax status extractions to intermittently fail and be retried. We will retry extractions that have exhausted their retry attempts when the portal is operating normally again.
