Update

The SAT portal is still not responding. We are marking Tax Retention as a partial outage as we are not able to process any tax retentions at this time, but we can still accept new extractions.

Identified

The SAT portal for tax retentions is currently experiencing intermittent issues causing the extractions to sometimes fail. We will report back when the SAT is responding properly.
